Hi, I’m Jay
I can imagine you have stumbled across a good few websites before seeing mine and you’re likely wondering what makes me stand out from the rest… well, that’s a good question.
I’m somebody who embraces authenticity, creativity and individuality.
I’m somebody living in a minority group, LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent (ADHD).
I’m somebody who strives to make a difference to peoples lives, albeit a listening ear or working together to make those changes that you’re seeking to make. If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, you’re trying your best and it doesn’t seem to be good enough…
I am here
I have been across educational, residential and mental health sectors for 9 years providing emotional wellbeing and therapeutic support for teens and adults who struggle with low self-esteem, difficult relationships, neurodivergence and identity difficulties.
I have always been passionate about supporting young people, given I was once a young person feeling lost, confused, unheard and ‘less than’ and received the support I now seek to provide.
I am aware that many services and sectors aren’t meeting the needs of young people by the minute for various wider reasons. Having had the support I once had, I know the impact that coaching and emotional wellbeing support can have.
