Services

We embrace your story and your journey. In a safe, warm and non-judgemental space, we explore you as you are, the difficulties you are facing, where you may want to be. I will listen, reflect and be alongside you. This can take as long as it takes as we look to build trust, safety and security.
We then empower you through using evidence-based tools and techniques from different therapies; cognitive-behavioural, acceptance and commitment and compassion-focused. It can be a range of tools we use as our work together is based on you and what you need; talking, activities, teaching or using creativity as a means moving through troubling and difficult times – growing through what you’re going through to, eventually, evolve.

Alongside this, I make sure that my practice is

Neuro-affirming

As an individual with ADHD, I’m very aware of the differences and challenges that neurodivergent individuals have to face on a day-to-day. Neurodivergence is a spectrum and it does not appear the same in every person who is ASC or ADHD. Areas such as masking, executive functioning, object permanence, alexithymia, rejection sensitivity (I could go on) are all welcomed, embraced and considered in our journey together.

Trauma-informed

Trauma is a deep-rooted and often unconscious wound that impacts an individuals perception of themselves, their relationships and the world around them. It can also be something that we are conscious of, being aware of the impact it has had. This can appear as many surface difficulties, such as anger, anxiety, depression, dissociation/withdrawal. To be trauma-informed means I am guided by the principles of security, trust, choice, empowerment, collaboration and respect for you.

GSRD (Gender, Sex, Relationship Diversity) inclusive

Over time, as we explore further into your life experiences, alongside my professional knowledge and experiences, we can help to expand on your mind and introduce the potential to be your most authentic and unapologetic self. This aids our nervous system to release our fears and anxiety, building an overall sense of mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

I offer in-person, online, telephone and text support. I believe that wellbeing support should be as accessible as it can be, considering various circumstances that can be a barrier.

My standard rate is £45 per 50 minute session.
I offer a sliding scale rate for students, job seekers and low income.

I offer an initial FREE 15 minute consultation which is an opportunity to meet and see whether you feel I am a good fit for you. This is then followed by a pre-arranged 30-minute assessment to establish what you wish to work on or gain from our time together.

The following policies are in place to preserve the therapeutic and professional relationship between coach and client. When booking a session, you reserve a space which may otherwise be available for someone else.

Where less than 24 hours is given for any session cancellation, the full fee for the session is due.

Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes in duration. Please arrive in good time for sessions. To avoid impacting on other clients, it is not possible to extend the session.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late without notice and/or agreement to reschedule, this will be treated as cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
